HERE ARE SOME EASY WAYS TO HAVE SELF-CARE EVEN WHEN LIFE IS BUSY!

  • If you're in a season when you can wake up before the kiddos, getting in a little alone time to start the day will be a game-changer!

  • Use a dry brush before you shower… it feels so good and honestly makes me happy! Follow up your shower with a fun massage oil (we love the Cel-lite Magic oil) and your fave happy oils!

  • Take your supplements regularly! Set out what you love to take each morning the night before, so you don’t forget! (Ningxia Red, Sulfurzyme, Ningxia Greens, & Golden Turmeric are in a daily drink for me... plus Super B for energy)

  • Diffuse and wear your oils… alllll day long! Don’t leave home without them! I love Valor, Frankincense, Harmony, Idaho Blue Spruce, Joy, and citrus oils! If you need a moment, take some time to pause, put a drop of your fave oil in your hands, and just breathe it in.
