With Thanksgiving approaching, some of us will be having parties, gatherings and all sorts of festivities. This roller is great for boosting your mood, and is very grounding to also help support those around you. If you want to pair it with gemstones, Garnet is perfect for this one! They are great for warmth and grounding as well.

10 drops Lavender

8 drops Northern Lights Black Spruce

7 drops Frankincense

3 drops Cinnamon Bark

I make this blend in a 5ml roller. Roll it on your neck and wrists while gathering with friends and family for calming and grounding.
