Here are some tips so you can do that:
STRAIGHTEN UP
When things start to feel overwhelming, taking 10 minutes to organize the space that bothers you the most makes a huge difference! Get everyone involved and play some fun music while you're at it.
For me an empty sink before cooking a meal is a game changer! Before cooking, take a minute to load the dishwasher and clean the counters with Thieves cleaner so your space is clear.
Making your bed can shift your whole day - this is a quick and easy way to set your day on the right foot.
TAKE A WALK
Doing this daily (or multiple times a day) during the holidays makes a huge difference!
Roll on some Breathe Again before heading out & focus on your breathing as you walk.
PLAY MUSIC
