Oil Infused Recipe : Lemon Berry Yogurt Popsicles
This month I’m going to share a new popsicle recipe each week because they are easy to make, require no heat, and can be a fun activity if you need it. Here are some popsicle-making tips before I share the recipe!
You’ll need a popsicle mold. Stainless steel or silicone work great and Amazon has tons!
Both fresh and frozen fruit work great. Season fruit can be fun and if I have fruit on the counter going bad, like bananas, I’ll peel them and stick them in the freezer to use later for popsicles or smoothies.
Added sweeteners are optional, the fruit is plenty sweet for some, but others want more sweetener so try different ways and see what you like!
All recipes suggest 4-6 hours for freeze time, overnight is ideal, but if you can’t wait check them after 4 hours!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup yogurt
2/3 cup berries
1 tablespoon honey
1-3 drops Lemon Vitality
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until well combined.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 4-6 hours.
