Oil Infused Recipe : Lemon Berry Yogurt Popsicles

This month I’m going to share a new popsicle recipe each week because they are easy to make, require no heat, and can be a fun activity if you need it. Here are some popsicle-making tips before I share the recipe!

  • You’ll need a popsicle mold. Stainless steel or silicone work great and Amazon has tons!

  • Both fresh and frozen fruit work great. Season fruit can be fun and if I have fruit on the counter going bad, like bananas, I’ll peel them and stick them in the freezer to use later for popsicles or smoothies.

  • Added sweeteners are optional, the fruit is plenty sweet for some, but others want more sweetener so try different ways and see what you like!

  • All recipes suggest 4-6 hours for freeze time, overnight is ideal, but if you can’t wait check them after 4 hours!

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until well combined.

  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 4-6 hours.
