Oil Infused Recipe : Charcuterie Board Drizzling Sauce
I can not for the life of me say charcuterie but I love a board like could eat them every day for dinner. There are so many fun combinations and you can grab what's in your fridge. This sauce is a perfect addition and you can put it in bowls for people to dip or drizzle!
INGREDIENTS
½ cup olive oil
3 drops of Lemon Vitality
2 drops Black Pepper Vitality
1 drop Thyme Vitality (optional, use toothpick method)
1 tbsp finely chopped mint
½ tsp mixed dried mint, oregano, and thyme (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix it all together! (no really that's it )
Put the drizzling sauce in bowls, or add on top of hummus of greek yogurt. You can also mix some of the drizzling sauce with olives and stir in well.
So simple and easy and adds a ton of flavor!
