FAQ : Hormones 101
Natural hormones abound in our body and are necessary for energy, temperature regulation, reproduction and many other vital systems so supporting them well is key! -Ashley Cribb
We want to support all our hormone systems - adrenal, thyroid, kidney, estrogen, progesterone and testosterone - and we have lots of great options for that!! This is a big topic to unpack, so let's start with some basics! Plant-based hormones versus synthetic...
Phytoestrogens and phytoprogesterone, like those found in Clary Sage and Progessence plus are plant hormones that are similar to mammal hormones and are readily bioavailable in the body!
Synthetic progesterone and synthetic estrogen are NOT completely compatible with the body (and can cause serious dis-regulation in the hormone system).
Here are a few great oils and products for helping in this area:

It helps balance hormones, can be used postpartum for mood and energy support, regulate your cycle (not to be used with birth control), improve hormone-related acne and more.
