Organized Oil Stations

Keeping your oils out where you can see them is such an important part of this journey! If you see them throughout the day, you will use them more.

I have a station in my kitchen/dining room, upstairs, we all have one on our nightstands, and in the bathrooms. When we see them we use them. Also, make sure you have your Vitality oils in the kitchen and ready to grab for your cooking or drinks!

You can find some gorgeous hanging shelves at places like Marshalls, Ross or Home Goods, Target has had some fro time to time as well.
