Everything in nature has it's own vibrational frequency, even us! Stones each have their own vibrational frequency, which is measured in megahertz: by how they were created, their color and their makeup. As we know, essential oils are the lifeblood of plants. They are in every part of the plant and act as a natural defense system against disease, viruses and germs. This all means, when you take an oil and a stone with energy that work together, it can help make that oil even more effective.

I wanted to share some of my favorite oil and gemstone pairings for your rollers! You can use these guides or mix your own! There's no wrong way to do it!
