Supporting your cardiovascular system which is super important during busy travel seasons. When we travel- especially in planes we can get very poor circulation. This can really wear us down physically and then emotionally. Rubbing Cypress on calves and wrists during travel can help you arriving refreshed to your loved ones <3
It helps with these seasonal feelings. Diffuse or wear as perfume for the following:

Insecurity in relationships
Worry
Cypress also helps the body detox naturally and promotes production of leukocytes (white blood cells) which boosts the body’s natural defenses during wintertime. Emotional health is directly affected by how we feel physically and Cypress helps with that:
Rub on wrists and feet to keep up energy
Take a detox bath with cypress and Epsom salts
