**OIL SPOTLIGHT: GATHERING **

With the holidays upon us, we want to give you guys tools for braving the sometimes overwhelming, busy, people heavy season. While we love gathering with our loved ones, sometimes that comes with challenges or maybe you just want to really create an atmosphere of love and acceptance. We are excited to share one of our favorite blends for this: Gathering!

WHAT IS GATHERING?

Gathering is a blend to help us overcome the chaotic energy that can keep us from being our best self. The blend includes Northern Lights Black Spruce and Vetiver blended with Frankincense and Sandalwood to help us achieve our highest potential!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

These oils help increase the oxygen around the pineal gland and pituitary glands, to bring better harmony to our communications. This oil can be used to bring people together on a higher emotional, physical, and spiritual level!

HOW TO USE:

  • Diffuse while gathering or before gathering

  • Apply one to two drops on wrists, edge of ears, temples, or neck!

  • Use with the following oils: Forgiveness on the navel, The Gift, Sacred Mountain, and Valor on the crown of the head (we love dropping oils on our heads!!), Clarity on the temples, and Dream Catcher on the forehead, ears, throat, eyebrows, base of neck, and under the nose.
