No Shave November
NO-SHAVE NOVEMBER
It’s that time of year. Temps are dropping, flip flops and tanks are exchanged for boots and chunky sweaters, friends gather around bonfires…and men quit shaving (and women wish they could!). We know there are a LOT of ladies around here, but don’t miss these tips and tricks for your favorite guys.
BEARD OIL:
Combine your favorite carrier oil (jojoba, sweet almond, coconut, etc.) with 30-40 drops of your favorite oil(s) in a 2-ounce dropper bottle. Oils like Cedarwood, Eucalyptus Globulus, Lavender, Patchouli, Rosemary, and Tea Tree are great for beards! Shake well. Put 2-3 drops in your palm and rub through your beard to smooth flyaways and add shine. No time for a DIY? Try our Shutran® Beard Oil!
PREFER TO SHAVE IN NOVEMBER?
Exfoliate first. Try using a small amount of baking soda or Satin Facial Scrub™.
Soften hair with plenty of warm water.
When shaving, it’s important to select a product that helps your razor properly glide to avoid razor drag, nicks, and skips. Shutran Shave Cream is a blend of masculine-smelling essential oils combined with palm, grape seed, and olive oils designed to hydrate and smooth the appearance of skin.
Make sure to use a good quality razor, replacing your blade every 3–10 times you shave.
