DIY Energy Boosting Bath Salts

Sometimes we need a little extra "au natural" pick me up! Daytime or morning baths can be just the thing. -Rebecca McClelland

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup coarse sea salt

  • ½ cup Epsom salt

  • 2 tbsp baking soda

  • 25 drops essential oil

  • Glass bottle or jar with a lid

Optional:

  • Natural food or soap coloring

  • Add a little something extra: Fresh mint leaves, finely chopped or shredded in your food processor or blender.

DIRECTIONS

  • Place sea salt, Epsom salt and baking soda in a glass bowl.

  • Mix 13 drops of peppermint essential oil & 12 drops of Rosemary essential oil. Food or soap coloring (if you choose) into the bowl.

  • Add something extra, if you choose – fresh mint leaves OR dried flower petals, citrus zest or even glitter! Get creative!

  • Combine all ingredients in a jar or bottle and seal with a tight lid. Keep on hand for your next luxurious bath!

  • Soak it up!

Add up to ¾ cup of your customized bath salts to steamy bathwater and let the magic happen!
