Easter Prep
Easter is on its way so we wanted to chat about how we are preparing for all the things surrounding this holiday. We would LOVE to hear what your family does for Easter! -Katie Weber
Egg Hunts
-When you're out, go ahead and grab some non-melting candy and plastic eggs.
-If you don't know of any hunts near you, check Eventbrite or FB for a local hunt.
-If you love hosting things, play your own! Have everyone bring a dozen eggs filled with candy and get the big kids to hide them. So fun!
Dying Eggs
-You can grab a kit at most store and there are even some natural food coloring kits like this one that I love: https://amzn.to/2PamRrG
If DIY is your jam, you can make your own colors like this: http://bit.ly/2Pbwpmv
Easter BASKETs
-If you prefer non candy gifts, there are so many ideas from a summer theme (think sandals, swim suits, sidewalk chalk) or a book, small toy and bubbles.
-I love this idea that GDS leader, Jessica Garvin does! She gets together with friends and they put together their kids Easter baskets as a ladies night! How fun is this?!
EASTER LUNCH
-This meal is often one filled with lots of traditional food like ham, deviled eggs and a full table. We are hosting Easter this year so I'm in the process of planning our menu.
-If you're attending an Easter lunch, I love this adorable dryer ball bunny idea as a hostess gift! http://bit.ly/2UB0H7X
