GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE SWAP
Here's a simple way to bring some greens to the table that everyone will love!
Saute 1 pint of green beans in 2 Tbsp butter and 1 Tbsp. sea salt. After cooking for 4-5 minutes, add 2 drops lemon vitality oil and toss. Add freshly ground pepper to taste.
CRANBERRY SAUCE
While cranberry sauce may not be the most popular dish on Turkey Day, we can't imagine the day without it! I was thrilled to find this simple 4 ingredient cranberry sauce recipe right here in the Golden Drop Society by Melissa Pepin. It is my kind of recipe complete with orange vitality oil! (For a lower sugar version sub with 1 cup maple syrup.)
