Emotional Support: Frankincense

 

With the holiday season upon us, let's chat about some relational and emotional uses for a GDS favorite oil!

Frankincense is good for the feelings of anger, entanglement, and abandonment, that I guess isn't expressed in any other form than intense anger (or that cussing energy!).

If a particular emotional season is extra hard, the way out of it is to Surrender and Detach, standing in your own power and security. -Eryn Jones

  • Rub Frankincense over center of chest whenever you feel that deep, angry feeling, or when your chest hurts from emotional struggles.

  • Say statements like: "I am grounded." or "I stand in my power."
