DIY Yoga Mat Spray

Keep this spray close by to give your yoga mat a little love. Tea Tree is perfect for cleaning your mat because of antimicrobial properties. Gentle enough to use on your blocks and other props too. -Rebecca McClelland

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz. glass spray bottle

  • Witch hazel

  • Distilled or purified water

  • Melaleuca Alternifolia (tea tree) essential oil

  • Lavender essential oil

HOW TO

  • Fill spray bottle 3/4 full with water and fill the remainder with witch hazel, leaving about an inch of room at the top.

  • Add in 10 drops of tea tree oil and 5drops of lavender.

  • Attach the cap and shake.

To use, spray on mat and allow to dry (or wipe down with clean towel). Shake well before each use.
