Oil Infused Recipe : Lemon Kale Chips

While I love a good potato chip, and kale chips are not dupes for those, they are good in their own way! You can play around with flavors and these would be perfect for an afternoon snack! -Lauren Dunaway

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large bunch of kale, washed and torn into bite-size pieces

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 drops Lemon Vitality

  • Salt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 200° F.

  2. Wash and dry kale thoroughly.

  3. Combine olive oil and Lemon Vitality in a large mixing bowl.

  4. Add kale and toss. Make sure kale is well coated with oils.

  5. Once coated, place on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  7. Bake on the center rack for 45–50 minutes or until crispy.

TIPS

  • Keep an eye on the smaller pieces to make sure they don't burn!

  • Add other herbs and Vitality oils for more flavor options. Ideas include garlic powder, Parmesan, or other hard cheese, the possibilities are endless!
