Oil Infused Recipe : Cinnamon Peach Smoothie

I love smoothies year round, and especially in the summer! Peaches are my all time favorite fruit so this one will be on repeat! -Lauren Dunaway

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (or DF alternative, I love cashew yogurt!)

  • 3/4 cup Frozen Peaches (you can also use fresh and add ice)

  • 1-2 drops of Cinnamon Bark Vitality

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 4-5 drops of liquid Stevia (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend it all together, that's it!

You could add YL Pure Protein Complete Vanilla Spice to this or your favorite protein powder. You could also add another sweetener like honey or maple syrup!
