10 drops Ylang Ylang
10 drops Blue Spruce
10 drops Sensation
5 drops Black Pepper
2 drops Peppermint

In a 10ml roller, add essential oils above and top with carrier oil. For an added kick, I suggest using Sensation Massage oil! Apply to back of neck, wrists, and/ or inner thighs...ooh la la!
