Diffusing Lemon Verbena/Lemon Myrtle

One of my favorite spring oils is Lemon Verbena (sub Lemon Myrtle if needed)! It is bright and fresh and reminds me of springtime lemonade! -Ashley Cribb

DIFFUSER BLENDS WITH LEMON VERBENA

• Freshen Up: 2 drops each Lemon Verbena, Lemon, Peppermint

• Spring Boquet: 3 drops Lemon Verbena, 2 drops each Ylang Ylang, Bergamot

• Herb Garden: 3 drops Lemon Verbena, 2 drops each Spearmint, Lemon, 1 drop Eucalyptus Globulous

• Tropical Getaway: 2 drops each Lemon Verbena, Stress Away, Lime

BENEFITS OF LEMON VERBENA ESSENTIAL OIL

• Contains high amounts of the constituent citral, which is also found in lemongrass

• Contains antioxidants, making it great for the skin

• Can be used to calm an anxious mind

• Helps promote healthy rest and sleep
