HERE ARE SOME OILS THAT ARE HIGH IN SESQUITERPENES:

  • Cedarwood (98%)

  • Vetiver (97%)

  • Spikenard (93%)

  • Sandalwood (90%)

  • Black Pepper (74%)

Cedarwood + Vetiver

- have the highest percentage of these amazing molecules so let's talk about how they help emotionally:

  1. They help with oxygenating the pineal and pituitary glands, responsible for many things including producing hormones related to sleep and stress.

  2. They stimulate Beta Wave Production in the brain, which helps with alertness. For example, if we were doing a difficult math problem our beta waves would need to be increased- sesquiterpenes help stimulate and support that. This is why these oils are use for FOCUS!

  3. They help delete bad information in cellular memory, and are extremely helpful when undergoing a trauma from anything- from a chemical to a medical trauma to a relational one.

  4. When combined with calming, relaxing oils like Lavender, these two oils are AMAZING supports for our kids and us as parents!

  • Rub a drop of all three inside the shirt collar before sending kids off to school.

  • Make a roller with these three to use for home learning.

  • Simply inhale all three straight from the bottle a couple times throughout a tough day.

  • Diffuse when you work from home OR when you need to unwind. These three flexibly help with BOTH focusing AND winding down for sleep at the end of the day!
