Oil Infused Recipe : Blueberry Kale Coconut Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • A handful of baby kale

  • 2 scoops Young Living Balance Complete (could sub Pure Protein Complete or other protein powder)

  • 1 drop Bergamot Vitality

  • 1 scoop collagen powder (optional)

  • 1 cup coconut milk (may need more or less depending on the powders you use)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Blend, that’s it!

This smoothie is packed with all kinds of nutrients and will keep you full as you start or go on about your day!
