FAQ : Oils for Staying Healthy

 

Summer is still in full swing over here, but staying healthy is already on everyone's mind! Here are few oils that we love for daily supporting everyone's immune systems! -Ashley Cribb

THIEVES FOR EVERYONE!

  • Diffuse diffuse diffuse! We do this most every night with lavender or cedarwood in the kid's rooms

  • Apply daily to the bottom of the feet, along the spine, and/or over the lymph nodes to everyone in the house!

  • Add a drop to some chamomile or echinacea tea; drizzle a little honey + add a splash of apple cider vinegar (with 'the mother'!) for extra oomph

OREGANO/OREGANO VITALITY

  • Add to your wellness roller for daily use + apply over the lymph nodes, to the spine, bottom of the feet. When things get serious/you have an acute need, use your rollers every hour!

  • Diffuse as needed with Thieves, RC or Raven, Lemon, Frankincense for amazing immune support.

  • Add to a capsule and take as needed when the you know what hits the fan

FRANKINCENSE/FRANKINCENSE VITALTY

We love Frank for it's amazing skin loving properties, but did you know it is also a powerhouse antioxidant and boasts quite the immune support as well?! Our love for Frank knows no end!

  • Add to your wellness roller for daily use + apply over the lymph nodes, to the spine, bottom of the feet. When things get serious/you have an acute need, use your rollers every hour!

  • Diffuse while you sleep with Thieves, Valor or Cedarwood.

  • Add to an empty capsule with olive oil and take daily as a supplement.

RAINDROP ROLLER:

The first thing I reach for when our defenses start to go down! Recipe via Kristina Carter:

  • 10 drops of each: Oregano, Thyme, Basil, Cypress, Wintergreen, Marjoram, Peppermint, and Aroma Siez

  • One pump of Ortho Ease then fill with V6!

  • Roll it on every couple hours on your lymph nodes, chest and spine
