Oil Infused Recipe : Strawberry Lemon Sherbert

INGREDIENTS
6 oz. strawberries, trimmed
Juice 1 lemon
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup coconut milk (or heavy cream)
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1-2 drops Lemon Vitality
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the bowl of an ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer's directions.
Serve immediately for soft serve or freeze for 1-2 hours or until set.
If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can put the mixture in a bread loaf pan in the freezer and freeze it that way!
