Oil Infused Recipe : Strawberry Lemon Sherbert

 

When it starts to get hotter I want all the frozen desserts! This recipe is super easy and all you might need to grab is the berries! - Lauren Dunaway

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 oz. strawberries, trimmed

  • Juice 1 lemon

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or heavy cream)

  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar

  • 1-2 drops Lemon Vitality

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into the bowl of an ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer's directions.

  3. Serve immediately for soft serve or freeze for 1-2 hours or until set.

If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can put the mixture in a bread loaf pan in the freezer and freeze it that way!
