Oil Infused Recipe : Black Pepper Burgers

I love a good burger! I never thought about adding essential oils, but this recipe sounds delicious and would be perfect to add to your grilling rotation this summer. -Lauren Dunaway

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb. organic grass-fed ground beef

  • 1/2 cup grated raw cheddar (I get mine at Costco or Trader Joes)

  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce

  • 10 drops Black Pepper Vitality

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder (or 1/4 onion finely diced)

  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/8 tsp paprika

  • 1/8 tsp sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl

  2. Form the burgers into patties

  3. Grill burgers until done to your desired doneness

  4. Enjoy with a bun, grilled portobello mushroom cap, or however you prefer your burgers!

I find that a 1 lb of meat usually makes four large burgers or about 6 sliders, so adjust the recipe accordingly!
