Oil Infused Recipe : Black Pepper Burgers
I love a good burger! I never thought about adding essential oils, but this recipe sounds delicious and would be perfect to add to your grilling rotation this summer. -Lauren Dunaway
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. organic grass-fed ground beef
1/2 cup grated raw cheddar (I get mine at Costco or Trader Joes)
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
10 drops Black Pepper Vitality
1/4 tsp onion powder (or 1/4 onion finely diced)
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix ingredients together in a large bowl
Form the burgers into patties
Grill burgers until done to your desired doneness
Enjoy with a bun, grilled portobello mushroom cap, or however you prefer your burgers!
I find that a 1 lb of meat usually makes four large burgers or about 6 sliders, so adjust the recipe accordingly!
