Oil Infused Recipe : Sunrise Nitro Smoothie

 

I don’t know about you, but I’m needing all kinds of extra energy these days! This smoothie is packed with delicious nutrients to give you sustained energy and might be a great alternative to that cup of coffee, in the morning or afternoon! It’s also super hydrating because it has coconut water in it and all kinds of other goodness like fiber and omega-3 fatty acids from chia seeds! -Lauren Dunaway

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until you reach the desired consistency.

  2. If the smoothie is too thick to blend, add additional coconut water.

A fun alternative to a typical smoothie and I know it will be on repeat through the summer as the weather gets warmer.
