Threes are the great Achievers! They also are very good at compartmentalizing to get things done- this comes with its pros and cons.

The greatest emotional struggle of a Three is feeling "less-than" from time to time, forgetting their inherent value and then feeling the need to manage others' opinions of them when their plans for success don't turn out the way they wanted. The secondary struggle 3s is giving their feelings space and room to be felt and processed. When 3s do feel- they feel big! Oils can help the time of feeling and processing be a safe and comforting experience <3
