Oil Infused Recipe : Dill Veggie Dip

 

This might be the easiest recipe we’ve shared! You may have all the ingredients on hand already and it would be a fun activity to let kiddos help make and would encourage them to eat veggies too!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or non-dairy option, I like Forager Cashew Yogurt for recipes like this)

  • 6 drops Dill Vitality™ essential oil or 1 tablespoon dried dill weed

  • 2 drops Lemon Vitality essential oil or ½ teaspoon lemon juice

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, bowl, or zip-top bag.

  2. Mix thoroughly.

  3. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
