DIY Garbage Disposal Tabs

Spring cleaning is in the air and I love a good DIY! This is one of my favorites that I keep under my sink in a mason jar for easy use! You can drop them in your sink then run the garbage disposal, oe drop them in trash cans when they need a little refresh! -Kristina Carter

In a large bowl, combine the following:

  • 2C baking soda

  • 1C Kosher Salt

  • 1/2C Water

  • 1/2C Castile Soap (I use Dr. Bronners)

  • 30-40 drops Lemon Essential Oil

Combine all the ingredients well. Make tablespoon size drops on a baking sheet. Let sit overnight and store in a glass jar with a lid. If they are still a little soggy just let them sit a few more hours.

For oils we love Peppermint, Pine, Lemon, Thieves, Christmas Spirit, and Purification! Change it up with the season! Who's going to give these a try?
