STUFFING ALTERNATIVE

I was thrilled to find this simple 4 ingredient cranberry sauce recipe right here in the Golden Drop Society by Melissa Pepin. It is my kind of recipe complete with orange vitality oil! (Note: for a sugar free version sub with 1 cup maple syrup.)
GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE SWAP
Contrary to popular belief, green bean casserole is no longer a favorite for Thanksgiving feasts. Here's a simple way to bring some greens to the table that everyone will love!
Saute 1 pint of green beans in 2 Tbsp butter and 1 Tbsp. sea salt. After cooking for 4-5 minutes, add 2 drops lemon vitality oil and toss. Add freshly ground pepper to taste.
