FAQ : Pregnancy and Oils
When it comes to using oils in pregnancy, there are no hard and fast rules. Some women don’t avoid any oils and some choose to avoid excessive use of a few specific oils during pregnancy. You use your own judgment!
A FEW OF OUR FAVORITES DURING PREGNANCY
Peppermint: apply, diffuse as needed for belly support, focus and supporting tired legs and feet!
Tranquil roller: a favorite for supporting healthy sleep! Roll on wrists + onto feed before bed.
Valor and/or White Angelica: for all of the pregnancy (and parenthood) emotions! Apply to wrists and neck as desired.
Cypress: massage onto calves and feet (so heavenly when used with Relaxation massage oil!), especially during the third trimester to support healthy blood flow + tired limbs.
A FEW OILS SOME WOMEN AVOID EXCESSIVE USE OF:
Clary Sage or Sage
Idaho Tansy or Hyssop
Wintergreen
Fennel
Blends and supplements that contain these oils
