Oil Infused Recipe : Chocolate Orange Smootie

When I found this recipe I knew it was perfect for August when you want maybe a taste of fall but it’s still rudely hot. It’s got some surprise ingredients you wouldn’t expect and is a tasty way to pack in fiber and protein! -Lauren Dunaway

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (or cashew milk, or water)

  • 1 cup Okra, frozen

  • 1 medium Tangerine or Mandarin orange peel removed

  • 2 tbsp Cacao powder

  • 1 scoop Collagen peptides

  • 1 drop(s) Stevia sweetener, liquid (to taste)

  • 2 drop(s) Orange Vitality

  • 1 cup Ice cubes

  • 1 scoop Balance Complete or other protein powder

INSTRUCTIONS

I like to blend my produce and liquid first and then add in the powders and sweetener and oils, but you do whatever you want!

You could also use some Pure Protein Complete Chocolate, almond milk, Orange Vitality, and ice and call it a day!
