BATH SALTS

We love a good find! How cute are these apothecary jars found at Target? Love! One of our favorite ways to use oils are with epsom salts. You can find these at a drugstore or Target just make sure they are unscented and just salt.

Bath Salts

You will need:

+ 1/4 cup epsom salts

+ 4 drops of your favorite essential oils

Place in a measuring cup or scoop and let the bath water run over the salts to disperse them. If you want to make a batch of salts fill up a jar with salts, 8 drops of essential oils (for a small ball jar), 1 t baking soda (to keep it from clumping) and shake! Enjoy!
